Junior Technical Helpdesk Support

Starting Salary: £13k - £15k
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst
A superb opportunity to join our growing support team, helping clients and administering domain names and web clients. The position requires a good telephone manner and some knowledge of MS operating systems, the internet and email clients would be beneficial.

Duties include:

• Follow structured training plan provided by Infrastructure team leader.
• Answer telephone and email support queries, helping people set up their POP3 email and log into our Content Management System.
• Answer telephone and email support queries regarding peoples domain names.
• Carry out paper and electronic based administration of our systems.
• Assist other teams within the IT department as necessary.
     

The hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday from our Maidstone town center office.

Full training will be provided, but problem solving skills and a keen I.T. interest are essential.

Linux, perl, php, html and database skills would be useful but otherwise this is a great opportunity to acquire these skills via our training in a friendly and professional environment

Junior Web Designer

Starting Salary: £12k - £14k
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Due to continued expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Web Designer to join our design team.

HTML hand coding skills are required, so is knowledge of the underlying CSS and HTML plus a great eye for design in Photoshop are the most important requirements.

Flash, Javascript and programming skills are desirable but not essential.

Telesales Customer Account Manager

Salary: £14k - £18k (OTE £22k+)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
